Laura Adriance from the World Affairs Council just alerted the Coalition Steering Committee to the Global Education Conference coming in November. http://www.globaleducationconference.com/index.html The 2010 Global Education Conference will be held November 15 - 19, 2010, online and free. Sessions will be held in multiple time zones and multiple languages over the five days. This looks like something that Coalition member organizations might want to get involved with. Tonight we had a wonderful dinner with all of our partners from Washington state (OSPI, Bridges to Understanding, and World Affairs Council Global Classroom), plus West Virginia and New Jersey, and our host at Vancouver School District, Howard Yank, and our three new visiting teachers from China.
